Alan Phillips uLocate Co-Founder and VP, Business Development
Alan is a proven entrepreneur with over twenty years in applied technology. Most recently, Phillips was Executive in Residence at GrandBanks Capital, a Softbank Affiliate. His previous experience includes 6 years at ZDNet as EVP/CIO where he managed technology and infrastructure and was instrumental in the sale of ZDNet to CNet. After the acquisition, he served as President of CNET's Market Intelligence division. Prior to joining ZDNet, Alan built Instant Information, one of the nation's largest service bureaus for the integration of voice and fax whose clients included Dow Jones & Company, Business Week, Federal Express, Consumer Reports, and Lawyers Weekly. Instant Information, Inc. was sold in 1995. He serves on several Boards and is an advisor to numerous early-stage ventures. Phillips received a BA from Vassar College in Quantitative Economics.

Jeff Hunt
Project-a-Phone President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director
Before co-founding Project-a-Phone, Hunt co-founded OpenAir, now the leading on demand Professional Services Automation software company. As Vice President of Marketing, Hunt led OpenAir through 18 consecutive quarters of revenue growth, making it New England's 15th fastest growing company in Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 ranking. Hunt's 20-year career also includes senior marketing roles at Prodigy Communications Corporation and brand management positions at Kraft Foods, Inc. Hunt earned a BA from Brown University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Matt Nuffort
Project-a-Phone Chief Operating Officer and Director
Nuffort recently left active duty in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as the lead engineer overseeing the $8 billion upgrade of communications, navigation, and surveillance avionics systems across the entire Air Force fleet. He was named Air Force Materiel Command Engineer of the Year in 2002 and was awarded a Bronze Star Medal for his work in Afghanistan as Director of Executive Operations for the Office of Military Cooperation. Nuffort holds MS degrees in aeronautical engineering and public policy from M.I.T. and BSE degrees in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Princeton University, where he was awarded the senior prize for best undergraduate independent work in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering department.
